The deal I am proposing to you is simple, straight-forward and 100% transparent. There are no deceptive claims obligations or promises. No fees, charges or financial commitments are required with application or at any time thereafter.
Step 1 – Take a preliminary look.
Look over the current list of ideas. If any of them interest you, you are required to register before you will be able to read the details and review the preliminary “Project Development Plan” pertaining to the idea.
If you find an idea that appeals to you, and you might be willing to become a member of its development team, and work hard on the team’s efforts, continue with Step 2.
Step 2 – Express an interest.
Submit a request expressing your interest in monitoring, or better yet, in working as a member of the development team.
If you express an interest in any particular project, you will be contacted; and, after a few Q&A via email or video conference, you may be invited to submit an “official application” to join the development team. Working as a team member is done remotely and will be compatible with your current work and personal situation.
Step 3 – Submit the “official application”.
The application for team-membership, to join a Project Development Team, will require that you submit a personal and professional resume, although there are no specific membership requirements. You must specify, approximately, how many hours per month you might dedicate to work on the project; there is no minimum or maximum. You do not need to change your current employment or personal living situation.
The applicants can be anywhere between 14 and 104 years old; they might have no formal education or multiple PhDs; they may have never worked for another company or may have many years of on-the-job experience. Also, you must include two or more personal references and their contact information.
If your “official application” to join a Project Development Team is complete and accurate, you will be contacted for some Q&A via email, then via video conferencing.
Note: You must include your real name and complete and accurate personal information. Any deceptive or false information will disqualify your application.
If both you and our interviewers decide to pursue your application for team membership, the information you have submitted will be verified. Also, your personal references will be contacted and questioned.
You will be notified of your application’s acceptance or rejection. You will have the opportunity to address any issues and, assuming you have not intentionally attempted to misrepresent yourself or your intentions, you will be permitted to make adjustments.
Note that no team members are paid – they will just make their contributions during the project development period. Ownership interest in the Idea is based on your contributions – usually based on the hours you have worked. When, and if, the project begins to generate revenue – such as when the idea attracts customers or a buyout investor – the “vested team members”, like stockholders of a corporation, will split the profits according to their ownership interest. They will each be holding an ownership percentage of the total project asset value. It is possible that millions of dollars could be involved.
Step 4 – Attend team meetings
Each project team functions independently and autonomously. The team will review your application and notify you regarding your application’s acceptance or rejection. If accepted, you will become a team member.
